Igor Nikonenko and other recent graduates who have joined software firm Luxoft after passing the company's training programme and are now employed as Luxoft programmers. They work at the Luxoft facility inside the top secret Kurchatov Institute, named after the founder of the Soviet nuclear programme Igor Kurchatov, a bust of whom stands at the entrance to the institute.
