Moscow, Russia, 17/01/2006..A commuter uses a mobile phone beside a homeless woman sleeping in a metro carriage as a Siberian weather front brings temperatures down to minus 36C in the Russian capital and leads to power cuts in the city. Many of Moscow's estimated 10,000 homeless seek shelter in the metro and subways during the fierce Russian winter.
