Moscow Freeze
Moscow, Russia, 18/01/2006..Homeless men rescued from freezing conditions on the city streets are showered by staff at a disinfection centre for the homeless. A Siberian weather front has brought temperatures down to minus 36C in the Russian capital and led to power cuts in the city.
