Ulyanovsk, Urals Region, central Russia, 7/11/1994...A Revolution Day parade by local communists. The birthplace of Vladiimr Lenin, founder of the Soviet Union, remains true to his Communist ideals. There is little private ownership, and all city industry and local agriculture is controlled by the state.
